This morning started with a pretend shake up, as we participated in the first national earthquake practice day...
...and continued with some more 3D shape maths.
For reading today White Group started to read The Ant and the Grasshopper, and so, since we'd done a bit of work on it earlier in the term, they performed some interpretive dance in response...
...with varying degrees of success!
After lunch we spent some time describing the symbols of baptism, using a SOLO describe map.
I hope it sunk in, we've got the Sacrament post test tomorrow!
- Name two holy objects (and why)
- What is a ritual (and why)?
- What are the four symbols of baptism (and why)?
Speaking of tomorrow, we've also got the opportunity to watch some puppet shows put on by the Year 7 and 8s in Room 7. Must remember to get photos of our children's faces as they watch it...!
Have a nice evening,
Mr Grant
